101 Swift Dogs
People have been teaching their dogs different tricks all through the
ages. Why, really and truly, not to make
the best use of the designed-in canine learning capability, temperament, and eagerness
to serve his master. Over time, people came up with a lot of doggies’ tricks,
sometimes very complex. And it is not
for nothing that performance of trained dogs always brings excitement into the
ranks of spectators. But even if your
pet is able to perform a very few little tricks, you can anyway without any embarrassment
perform for your family and friends. The same dog can also appear for charity before
an audience in orphanages or in nursing homes for the elderly. Dog performance
will leave an unforgettable impression in the hearts of children and senior
citizens. One can be endlessly surprised at the amount of fantasy in preparing
circus tricks by the dog masters. Occasionally
on stage you can witness something really amazing. Enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lmi_qFsiHBM&feature=player_embedded
A few words about K9 freestyle.
A group of UK enthusiasts in the late 1980s
decided to add music to the obedience trials. So, a new, very exciting and incredibly
spectacular to watch, dog sport was born. It was named - Dancing Dogs. In 1990 Mary Ray - well-known in
Obedience held the very first workshop in England on training dogs to perform
to music. And in 1991 Tina Martin fist time danced with her golden retriever at the
dog show Pacific Showcase in Vancouver.
This dance literally shook the audience. Since then, freestyle began its triumphal march across countries and
continents, winning the hearts of more and more dog lovers. Originally only the
handler performed dance steps. The dog was just repeating these steps nest to the handler’s feet. That's why this kind of
dance was called Heelwork to Music. However, fantasy of enthusiasts knows no limits, and different circus
elements were introduced to the dace, such as: different jumps, somersaults, running
in circles, walking on hind legs. A musical K9 Freestyle is born. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUX8raEGFZk&feature=related

dancing.
There are strict rules for both types of dog dancing. Athletes must know
these rules and follow them. In 2010 our country elaborated and adopted rules for
competing according to international standards. Please read below. http://dogdance.kssp.ru/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=16&Itemid=19
In our country this sport is in incunabulum; however our dancing pairs
have already achieved remarkable results. At the 2010 World Freestyle Championships in Denmark Russian team was
the third. The world was in shock – fist come and already in the lead. Any comments? "… Russia cannot be understood with the
mind alone, in Russia,
one can only believe!”
